IT Lead

During my tenure as the European IT-Service Lead at Lovisa Pty Ltd, I played a pivotal role in overseeing and directing IT operations across multiple countries. Additionally, I led senior project management efforts in global expansions, overseeing the establishment of new stores and offices across various regions. Network Engineer and testing Experience:

Throughout my career, I’ve combined my expertise in network engineering with extensive experience in software and hardware testing, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of critical systems and technologies.

As a Network Engineer at Lovisa Pty Ltd, I not only designed and managed robust network infrastructures but also played a significant role in testing and validating software and hardware components. This included conducting comprehensive testing of network devices, protocols, and configurations to ensure compatibility, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.

In addition to my responsibilities as a Network Engineer, I’ve been deeply involved in software testing activities, leveraging my analytical skills and attention to detail to evaluate the quality and functionality of various applications and systems. Whether it’s testing new network management software or conducting user acceptance testing for IT solutions, I approach each testing scenario with thoroughness and precision, identifying and addressing any defects or performance issues before deployment.

My experience extends to hardware testing as well, particularly during my tenure as a Hardware Test Engineer at Deutsche Telekom GmbH. In this role, I coordinated testing and quality assurance efforts for Set Top Boxes, ensuring that hardware components met specifications and performed reliably under real-world conditions. I developed and executed comprehensive test plans, conducted regression testing, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to validate product designs and identify areas for improvement.

Furthermore, as a Consultant Engineer and Co-founder at Testing Matters, I provided consulting services focused on selecting the right methods and tools for testing teams or departments. I conducted test evaluations, developed testing strategies, and implemented best practices to enhance the overall quality and reliability of software and systems.
